How can you provide hosting for free?
All hosted wikis are required to display our advertising banner. This helps to offset our server costs.

How many banner ads do I need to display?
You only need to display one banner, which should be inserted into your template files so it displays on every page.

Will you put popup advertising on my wiki?
No, we will never put popups on your wiki. We hate those things, and believe most visitors do too.

How long does it take for my account to be setup?
All applications are generally reviewed and if accepted setup within 48 – 72 hours.

How long do I have to setup my wiki?
Any wikis not fully setup within 2 weeks of account acceptance may be removed.

What happens if my wiki becomes inactive?
Wikis that are un-monitored and full of spam may be removed or suspended.

Do you provide free domain names?
Yes, if your wiki receives over 250 uniques per day, you will be granted a free domain name for your wiki. Please contact us if you feel your wiki qualifies.

Is it possible to have more storage and/or bandwidth?
We provide unlimited diskspace and bandwidth (traffic) so there will always be enough for your wiki’s needs.
